This project's results benefit those who face disabilities or spend their time caring for other people in need. These people need support and tools to provide them with solutions for their everyday life.

One possible proposal for continuing this project is to implement weekly sessions for some months with people with disabilities and then assess the results of the usefulness of the curriculum and other tools.

During our work it happens very often to meet people who need a psychological support to overcome difficulties to get a full inclusion into the market labor. As we saw in pur project, MBCT gives us many opportunities to develop ourselves and empower our motivation. At the end of the project, what are the next steps we could do?
